After seeing Facebook and Twitter posts from two photographers over the weekend about photos not being permitted AT ALL during the ceremonies they were working, I thought it would be wise to write a quick note about this for our bride followers.

When booking your ceremony location, it is so important that you remember to ask the rabbi or priest if photography is permitted in the ceremony venue.  Some churches and venues also have restrictions on where the photographer is permitted to take photos which is something that we always check on prior to arriving at the ceremony location. Also check to see if flash is permitted, this also something the photographer will need to be made aware of. You don't want to end up on the day of your wedding with your photographer being prohibited from taking photos of your nuptials.
