Monica and Leo live in California but hired me to help finish their wedding planning for their Philadelphia based wedding at Bartram's Gardens.  They both had a clear vision for what they wanted for their wedding and spent hours and hours collecting items to finish off the details for the decor for their garden wedding. They collected over a hundred vintage vases, jars, and bottles to hold wildflowers for the centerpieces, tracked down vintage post cards as table numbers, found vintage jars to hold the herbs for their "toss me" table, used old wooden doors for bar tops and antique tables for the ceremony space.  They also included a lot of family and friends into their celebration. Leo, his father and father in law all play the cello and played for the guests as they entered the garden for the ceremony (they practiced together via Skype!) and a friend sang for the processional which was one of the most beautiful and touching bridal entrances I've ever seen. Professional singer, Julia Stone, is a personal friend to the bride and groom and offered to sing and play guitar for their first dance. These experiences really make the event unique and so so special.  Thanks to Quincy Adam Photography for the images!

Thank you to Stephanie Pryor Designs for the luggage tag escort cards and fan programs. The design on the programs was created by Leo's brother.

Beautiful florals by Harmony Hill Gardens. You can go to the garden and select the exact flowers that you'd like to plant and grow for your wedding. Monica and Leo then went to the garden the week of the wedding to pick out the different flowers that they wanted. What a fun experience!

Monica found this beautiful blank notebook from a trip to Italy, it was bound so beautifully and a really unique touch.

I loved their sense of style, all of the men had bowties…

Leo playing with his father and father in law.

The West Philadelphia Orchestra led the guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour space, it was a huge hit!

I love how casual this family photo is…

Caught giving her friend a thumbs up during her first dance…love it…

Hands down, the most energetic hora I've ever witnessed…

The Maid of Honor is a professional stand up comedian and had the crowd laughing the whole time! P.S. in addition to the brides dress being from BHLDN, the maid of honor's dress was too and she looked incredible! I loved the color and detailing!

Overlooking the skyline of Philly…what a beautiful night it was!
