Please understand I’m sitting here with a silly little chocolate grin on my face {and I’m not a chocoholic}

Today we received a package with samples from a local company B.T. Baking {B.T. = Better Together}… their tag line – baking the world better…

Owner and baker Todd Kelly’s wife Kestra has always said that, individually, they are great, but they are truly better together. In fact, the song Better Together, by Jack Johnson, was the song they first danced to as husband and wife on their wedding day and inspired the business name

They were introducing me to their new line B.T. Celebrations – brownies specially packages as wedding favors….

Their brownies are no ordinary brownies – Everything they make is from scratch, using premium all organic ingredients which are free of hormones and pesticides. You will never find preservatives, trans fats, or high fructose corn syrup in their products.

Everything is baked by hand, right here in Philadelphia…. They also use Divine Chocolate, a farmer owned, Fair Trade Company.

The brownies come in:

Chocolate Brownie: for chocolate lovers only, made with a 70% dark chocolate, this fudgy brownie is the real deal. { the one my chocoholic partner Chuck ate!}

The Cookie Brownie: a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough baked on top of a brownie, what’s not to love? {the one I ate}

The Peanut Butter Cup Brownie: Peanut butter filling nestled between our decadent chocolate brownie and a semi-sweet chocolate topping, not your average peanut butter cup!

These are definitely NOT your average brownie – rich, and gooey they are simply AMAZING…and great as a wedding favor for your guests
