My guess is that nothing conjures up tropical vision of they Keys like The Beach Boys song Kokomo….

Except for maybe Key Lime Pie (my favorite!)

They’re both summery – fun and tropical…

So when I found this cocktail on Fineliving.com it screamed Signature Cocktail for a hot summer wedding..

Key Lime Pie

Graham cracker crumbs

2 ounces vanilla vodka

1 ounce vanilla liquor

1 ounce sweet lime juice

splash of half and half

lime twist for garnish

1. rim the glass with lime juice and dip in graham cracker crumbs

2.mix vanilla vodka, vanilla liquor, sweetened lime juice and 1/2 and 1/2 in a shaker glass with ice

3. strain into Graham cracker rimmed glass

4. garnish with lime twist
