Even for an experienced wedding consultant a Friday night wedding in a busy urban atmosphere can be a huge challenge… the arrival of guests, travel to the ceremony and just the general hustle and bustle of evenings in the city…

Michelette and Charlie’s wedding was no exception – traveling cross town with 240 guests to a ceremony in the brides’ families’ church with a Rolls Royce, 2 town cars, one limo, three busses and a trolley proved to be a logistical challenge!

The church was well worth the task… I can’t wait to see photographer Ralph Alswang’s images from the rest of this wedding…

Ralph who worked as for eight years as the official documentary photographer to President Bill and First Lady Hilary Clinton is one of the most remarkable documentary photographers…

The roll call for this team is just as amazing –

The Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia set the stage for a reception like no other; and provided a quiet respite for a busy urban wedding – catering manager Ilana Cohen was the most supportive, accommodating, and caring partner I could have asked for.

The reception paired the STUNNING floral creations of Jamie Rothstein Floral Design – who created a floral tree sculpture as an escort table which paired with the butterfly escorts cards of stationer Ceci New York absolutely blew guests away as the entered the Grand  Ballroom.

And as a special nod to Michi’s family heritage guests were entertained as the left the ceremony by the sounds of El Mariachi Flores!
