Thursday afternoon I got a call from the producers of CN8’s –You Morning –

I had just done the piece on wedding planning timelines with them on Monday morning…

“The person doing the Destination Wedding piece tomorrow is sick, are you available tomorrow at 8:30 AM? I know it’s short notice! Do you do destination weddings?”

YES, no problem and YES

Yes, I’m available – let see coffee and email at 8:30 or TV spot….hummmmmmm?

No such thing as short notice…I’ve learned whether it’s a bride who need last minute help, an interview with a magazine or TV….if you’re not there or not ready with and answer they move on to the next call…

Do I do destination weddings? Do I?

In Philly…everything is a destination… people are coming in here for a vacation…to see the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall… Valley Forge…

In Bucks County, Mercer County I do destination weddings for New York brides looking for a quiet historic B&B getaway…

In Cape May, Avalon, Rehoboth I do destination weddings for brides looking for a beach wedding or Victorian charm…

In the Pocono Mountains I do destination weddings looking for rustic, lakeside escapes or ski weekend weddings….

EVERYTHING here is destination….

As for “the other kind” – ….Well, can I?

Well I can… I have great contacts all over the country…all over the world for that matter….it’s part of being a member of professional associations and building a good network….

I know how and where to do the best destination weddings…working on a few right now….I have to kinda pick and choose…a lot depends on season…

I love working with couples planning destination weddings…but I am very mindful of the amount of time I’m away from local clients …

Off season? Sure thing!…

Cancun Weddings in January? ABSOLUTELY!
